Staff
Deema will seek to employ high-quality staff to meet the needs of those who use the service.
All Management and staff will adhere to the company’s Code of Practice. All Deema staff will undergo the required training by a qualified training consultancy throughout their employment to maximise the quality of service provided. All staff will be given a staff handbook to guide the aspects of administration and statutory requirements for support services. This handbook will be updated in line with any new legislation. All Staff will be DBS checked and trained in risk assessment and health and safety procedures periodically.
